Brooke Dybka, LMFT
Brooke Dybka was born and raised in San Diego, CA and obtained her bachelor’s at the University of California Santa Barbara. In 2010, Brooke joined the Army as an Information Technology Specialist. During this time, her interest in veterans’ mental health grew as she worked alongside many fellow vets suffering with addiction, PTSD, eating disorders and other issues. While in the service, Brooke obtained her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, got married and became a mother.
Brooke’s graduate and post graduate training was primarily in school settings with children and teens, navigating complex family dynamics that contributed to behavioral issues at school. Brooke also has extensive volunteer experience in the eating disorder and addiction recovery communities as a group facilitator and mentor. In 2017, Brooke was introduced to the Internal Family Systems model and has been a passionate believer and practitioner ever since, completing her IFS Level 2 training and becoming a Certified IFS Therapist through the IFS Institute.
In 2020, Brooke moved to Idaho Falls, ID and discovered a large need for services that guide eating disorder clients into self-empowerment and trusting their own intuition verses the current fear-based, pathological lens. Therefore, in 2021, Brooke launched Dybka Behavioral Health, a full service, outpatient wellness clinic to meet the increasing needs of clients across the state of Idaho.
In addition to IFS, Brooke is an advocate and believer in the research and healing properties of plant medicine. She loves warm weather, gardening and writing.

Holly Anderson, LMSW, RD
Holly was born and raised in southern Idaho. She completed her undergraduate degree at Idaho State University and her master’s degree at Utah State, both in dietetics. She has worked as a dietitian in many areas but found a passion for working with individuals surrounding food and body image. This work led Holly to return to school where she graduated from Boise State in December 2022 with a Master of Social Work degree. As an eating disorder dietitian, Holly helps clients build a positive relationship with food in a weight-neutral approach using an Intuitive Eating framework. In this role, Holly works collaboratively with clients to create a peaceful connection between food and their body, prioritizing clients’ overall health and well-being. As an eating disorder therapist, Holly also knows firsthand the anxiety that can come with food and body image and loves to help individuals make peace with food and their body utilizing approaches such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her husband, kids, three cats, and new puppy Lola. She enjoys learning and being outside in the sunshine. She also enjoys baking – especially bread!
